For his part, Ponikarovsky scored a goal and assisted on Mikhail Grabovski's overtime-winner against the visiting New York Islanders on Tuesday night. The 3-2 victory snapped a two-game mini-losing streak for Toronto; with the win, the Leafs are 6-2-1 in their past nine games —- and 10-5-5 in their past 20 outings.

Newsday: Turnovers cost the Isles dearly. First, Radek Martinek's clearing pass was intercepted by Alexei Ponikarovsky, who beat Islanders goaltender Joey MacDonald with a wrist shot to tie the score at 2 at 8:46 of the third period. я, в принципе, тоже не особо верю, потому как у «Торонто» 11 апреля последняя игра «регулярки»

volkov, ну в принципе с голландцами и британцами можно без Поника обойтись, если уж их не делать, то зачем нам вышка? Главное чтобы он к матчам с поляками и итальянцами подтянулся!
